v2 - The one where i include the RTP and pray to god that it works

Ok so apparently a few people were saying that something was missing, i wasn't sure why but i had a thought.
Basically the RTP was missing, and apparently stuff in RPGMaker 2003 need the person running it to have the RTP so its included in the download now so HOPEFULLY it actually works now so you don't have to go on a scavenger hunt for it (or have to buy rpgmaker 2003) ok bye.
v2 Notes:
- Included RTP in the games files
- literally nothing else
